       The intelligent dosing device is mainly used for automatically and accurately adding chemical agents to meet the process requirements in fields such as industrial production, water treatment, and environmental protection.         The intelligent dosing device is composed of four parts: a chemical solution preparation system, a metering and dosing system, an automatic control system, and an auxiliary system. The chemical solution preparation system includes a drug dissolution tank and an agitator, which are used to dissolve solid chemicals and stir them into a uniform chemical solution. The drug dissolution tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge to monitor the stock of the chemical solution in real - time. The metering and dosing system is composed of a metering pump, pipelines, and valves. The metering pump can accurately control the dosage of the chemical solution and adjust the flow rate according to the process requirements. The automatic control system is the core, which includes a PLC controller, a touch screen, and sensors (such as flow sensors, liquid level sensors, and water quality sensors). The sensors collect on - site data, transmit it to the PLC, and after analysis, control the operation of the metering pump and the agitator. The auxiliary system includes a safety valve, a filter, a pressure gauge, etc. The filter prevents impurities from blocking the pipelines, and the safety valve ensures the stable pressure of the system. The intelligent dosing device takes the automatic control system as the core and realizes accurate dosing according to the preset program or real - time process data. Firstly, the operator sets the dosing parameters (such as dosage, drug dissolution time) through the touch screen, or the sensors collect real - time data such as water quality and flow rate and transmit them to the PLC controller. The PLC analyzes and processes the data. If the water quality exceeds the standard or the flow rate changes, it automatically adjusts the operating frequency or stroke of the metering pump to control the dosage of the chemical solution. In the chemical solution preparation stage, the PLC controls the opening of the water inlet valve of the drug dissolution tank. After adding a fixed amount of chemicals, it starts the agitator for stirring. When the concentration of the chemical solution reaches the standard, the liquid level gauge feeds back a signal, and the PLC controls the start of the metering pump to transport the chemical solution to the dosing point through the pipeline. During the entire process, the system monitors the operating status of each component in real - time. If abnormalities such as too low liquid level and pump body failure occur, it immediately sends an alarm signal and stops the relevant operations to ensure the safe, accurate and stable dosing process.
